Mark,
Tell us a little more about how the company got started? Boris
Mark,
Congrats on your ownership, and may you follow your dreams. I've been with the company for awhile, I don't exactly know how long, and though I only host one paid domain, I'm proud to do so. You've kept this service strong and -- at least from what I know of it -- true to your original ideals. Thank you and keep up the great work. -pete
Congratulations!
I'd just like to say that I've been a customer for about five years, and easydns has always exceeded my expectations. Thanks! Jay.
I've been here since early 2001 and I'd like to add my vote of confidence. Service has been extremely reliable and I always recomend my consulting clients use your service. It's nice to know that I don't have to worry about my DNS service going down.
Good Luck and I hope you catch and fry the people responsible for the DOS attack. Kevin
Perfect timing Mark. I was recently wondering
a) would there be any new, significant changes to the service in the near future, and b) should I be concerned about the fate of the company (in absence of knowing anything about the company beyond my customer experience, which has always been positive)? Thanks for the communication. I'll stick around!
Congratulations Mark! I've been with EasyDNS for I think about 4 years now and have always been very pleased with the standard of service and the ability to sort things out if something goes wrong. Any company can be great when things go right - it's the troubleshooting that counts when the odd hiccup happens. And I've always had nothing but praise for EasyDNS in this regard.
Congratulations!
I have been a customer (with one of my domains) for about a year or so. I am happy with the service, and thinking about moving all my domains in. Looking forward to improvements.
Congratulations indeed. All the best for you, and your company. I know I've been more than pleased with your services, and I can only hope you will reach out and provide more to your existing customers, and new clients
Congratulations! I've been with easyDNS since August '02, and I've been very happy with your level of service. I heartily recommend you to others. Good luck for the future!
Keep up the great work, Mark. I just discovered the blog today, and have subscribed via RSS. I look forward to following your adventures

Mark, best of wishes. I set up an easyDNS account the moment the dot-ca landscape opened up. And although I had used other registrars over the years, I'm now migrating them slowly to easyDNS for the simple reason that they've grown away from the core mission and are not able to support my business needs the way easyDNS does.
So, keep that culture and focus going - it's a terrific vision - and right here at home too! Even better! Congratulations!
Congratulations Mark,
I have been with you since day one, and must say I have all confidence in you now and how you have conducted your business since the get go. I use easyDNS exclusively for all of my domain management needs and I never hesitate to recommend easyDNS to all of my clients. Of couse sometimes things go bump in the night, but you have always responded in a timely and conclusive manner. Keep up the good work. I hope you do eventually become a billionaire some day. Then I could say I knew you when you were worth just fifty cents! Cheers, and good luck taking it on your own! Richard
Holy Macaroni! 7 years.
A magnificent feat to be sure! As a matter of synchronicity, I happened to turn up an interesting op-ed from 7 years ago in. If you're interested in a short read to see then and now through the eyes of a USA-dream boomer, there's a lot of weird there across a 7 year gap in "*There Is No Time, There Will Be Time*", surprisingly by Peggy Noonan. All the best! Your old pal, B^) Brian -- and now, just this week (thanks to you!), Doctor How http://64.233.187.104/search?q=cache:qIbjmNws-KIJ:www.peggynoonan.com/article.php%3Farticle%3D67+Dead-Eyed+Rich+Kids&hl=en
Congrats Mark! I know you've worked hard to make the company what it is, and we are all very grateful for your efforts.
When I talk with colleagues about great businesses, I often cite EasyDNS as a shining example. I've explained that the company has stayed focused on making a valuable service while maintaining reasonable pricing and that the customer service has always been stellar. I have never EVER dealt with a company that has had such prompt and helpful customer service. For six years I've been able to trust and count on you and your team. Keep up the fantastic work. --Stefan
You can thank Stanton Finley for my business, (FedoraCore Installation Notes).
Hi Mark,
I gave you a quick call, but figured I'd do the congratulations online as well. As one of the "big boy" clients, I wanted to wish you the best as you take EasyDNS to the next level. And although I know that this "baby" is here because of a lot of your blood, sweat, and tears, I would be remiss in thanking you for assembling a great staff as well. I think that Angela and Sandy have cursed my name enough to know that I actually care about your success. So when the Enterprise portal needs a beta tester, you know who to ask. Again, congrats from south of the border. Best, Bren
Mark:
I was drawn to EasyDNS for its redundant design and some of the added features. What kept me with EasyDNS is your expertise and the support you have provided: from the timestamps on your e-mails it was very clear you do not stop until outstanding issues are resolved. That commitment is why I know EasyDNS will be around for a long time to come.
I have been a customer (with one of my domains) for about a year or so. I am happy with the service, and thinking about moving all my domains in. Looking forward to improvements
