Your status page says that ns6.easydns.com null routes requests. Why would I want to add this DNS server to my registrar right now?
Thanks, Val
Right now, you wouldn't, but in general, you want to have all 6 in your delegation. After today we are going to be making changes to NS6, probably moving the cluster to a new datacenter.
Mark,
we continue to see persistent outages of ns1.easydns.com ns6.easydns.net It would be very beneficial to post more frequent updates during this attack. We were guessing about issues for this morning and all but remote2.easydns.com were out of commission.
DNSreport is syaing theis morning that
A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding. does this mean that all of your DNS servers are now out of action? We added the extra 2 (NS6 and NS2) yesterday as advised in the original post. |
